Mainly Music

10:30am

Mainly Music is a much-loved, friendly program for babies, toddlers, preschoolers (typically 0–5 years) and their parents or caregivers. Each session is filled with joyful music, singing, dancing, movement, stories, and play—designed to create special shared moments of delight, connection, and learning in a warm, accepting environment.

It’s a wonderful opportunity for young children to explore rhythm, sounds, and actions together with their grown-ups, while building friendships and enjoying quality family time.

Please contact Jill or keep an eye on our Facebook page/newsletter.  We look forward to welcoming new and returning families!

This caring, volunteer-led program offers a safe, welcoming space for older adults to come together for a relaxed morning of activities that stimulate the mind and spark joy.

Each session typically includes:

  • A friendly welcome and introduction
  • Gentle chair exercises
  • Lively conversation and reminiscing
  • Fun multi-sensory activities
  • A creative craft
  • Morning tea and fellowship
It’s a laughter-filled time to clear away any brain fog, exercise memory through shared stories and experiences, and enjoy meaningful connection in a compassionate, supportive group.

We’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones!

“When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child.
When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.
For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face.
Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.
But the greatest of these is love.”

1 Corinthians 13.11-13
